Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@unsd.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier disruptions, but we will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
